The first in a series of workshops exploring mortality, death ritual and care.

Hosted by Linda Ruff and Zenith Flume, Shamanic Craftswomen trained in the practice of Deathwalking. Both teachers have trained with:
Dr Sarah Kerr - The Centre for Sacred Deathcare
Zenith Virago - Natural Death Care Centre
The School of Shamanic Womancraft
Zenith is an artist, writer, ritualist and medium, with a focus on ancestral reverence and healing. Zenith facilitates women’s circles and shamanic healing in Castlemaine and was recently on the teaching faculty at Witch School Melbourne 2024, where she taught The Sacred Cycles. Zenith has also trained in death doula practice with Denise Love.
Linda is a registered counsellor who works with rites of passage, end of life planning, grief and loss. She facilitates women’s circles and teaches the menopause and crone workshops at The School of Shamanic Womancraft: Autumn Woman, Harvest Queen and Winter Woman, Bone Wisdom.
Make peace with death…
Explore open conversation covering practicalities, emotions, beliefs and options around death and dying. This workshop will be held in circle format, and include a hands on practice for wrapping a body in a shroud. You will leave with a clearer understanding and a deeper inner peace around death, the sacred departure we all must face.

Workshop is located in Castlemaine on Dja Dja Wurrung Country.
